My answer is always wrong, why?
Under : SEO BASICs in Better SEO Through Code in Header Tags for the Challenge ½
Challenge task 1 of 2 Within the body of the page, the first paragraph reads "Star Wars Merchandise". Change the paragraph to a header using H1 tags.
Bummer! Double check that the header tag has the correct information.

Make sure you are changing the <p> tag for the Star Wars Merchandise to <h1>, not the <title> tag in the page header. Also make sure you are changing the closing tag.

OK here it is look at the body code, not the head code. Than's where you need to change the h1 and h2 tags.
