bundle install freeze at Fetching source index from https://rubygems.org/

It looks like this

treehouse:~/projects/su-21 (vk) $ bundle install
  Fetching gem metadata from https://rubygems.org/.
  Fetching source index from https://rubygems.org/

I use vagrant and treehouse box for rails.

Anyone else encountered this problem? I need help!

Ya, I got the same problem by executing "gem install bundler":

ERROR: Could not find a valid gem 'bundler' (>= 0), here is why: Unable to download data from https://rubygems.org/ - SSL_connect SYSCALL returned=5 errno=0 state=SSLv3 read finished A (https://s3.amazonaws.com/production.s3.rubygems.org/quick/Marshal.4.8/bundler-1.6.4.gemspec.rz)
