Business Directory Plugin

What are the best free and premium WP business directory plugin which can deal with advertisement, listing, banners, etc?

I have always used Business Directory (http://wordpress.org/plugins/business-directory-plugin/) (formerly WP Business Directory), and have been involved in its development to a limited extent in the past. However, since it has changed owners in the past few years, I have not been involved. The new developer isn't necessarily dealing with templating in the best way, so it's sometimes hard to override the built-in pages, but it's doable.
