Hello,

If you are using the WordPress service from wordpress.com, you don't have to install WordPress as it is already installed for you however you, unfortunately, cannot upload and install any types of addons, templates, etc. You can only use the addons and templates that are provided to you from wordpress.com. If you want to install any type of addon or template, you will need to download the latest version of WordPress from wordpress.org and install on your own web server. From there, you can upload and install the addons and templates that are provided in the videos or whichever you prefer.
