Buying custom made App

Hi guys

I am looking to have a custom App developed for my taxi business and need tips on questions I should ask my developers I have a good idea on the functionality I want to know will my app need maintenance once it's up and running ? Can anyone explain the pros and cons of custom developing my own app ?

if your taxi app is data driven then it does need to be maintained, although multiple factors for how much maintenance it'll need.

my advice is making sure you know exactly how you want the app and hire someone that can fully understand what you want because you don't want to shell out thousands and not be satisfied! and
