C# and Obj-C and Rail

HI,

If somebody wants to learn Rails, but has C# and or Obj-C some experience with it, would Rails be easier? or vice versa?

Making apps or games with C# and or Obj-C , lets say a begginer level , and then after few months with good foundatoin move into Rails , how would that work?

WOuld Rails get easier? or Rails would be even good without Obj-C and C#?

Making WordPress themes and having PHP knowledge and around 50% of OOP knowledge, and want to develop in Rails, would you say C would be a good idea before? I hope you know what i mean , kinda confusing .
