C++ Courses

Why doesn't Treehouse have C++ courses? I would like to learn C++.

If you scan the forum archives, you'll see where this question is asked every so often. And the gist of the staff responses is that while C and C++ are very popular languages, their primary applications are other than the web technologies that are the focus of Treehouse.

In one such question a staff member responded with "To do justice to this language would require a full-time teacher and considerable additional resources we're unable to commit to at this time."

And while it's never been said explicitly, another factor might be the large volume of quality tutorial sources (and many are free) readily available online, such as:
