C# How can I open REPL in my terminal?

I can open python shell in terminal entering python3, what should I do to the same with C#, if it is possible?

If by "my terminal", you mean the one in the workspace, you can start up the C# REPL with the command "csharp".

Your computer probably did not come with C# REPL software pre-installed, so it would be a matter of installing one and then running that.
