Camera and Photo Editing App

I am very interested to build an application that use iPhone Camera and IOS 8 or other SDKs for photo editing. There are many successful apps in AppStore and new simialr apps are also raising. I would like to seek your help in this. Are there good tutorials that describes in detail how to capture image from iPhone Camera and the start editing the image, adding text, stickers, dudes, frame, frame resizing ... etc ?

What's your advise for me ?
