Can a person create a page in treehouse and then view it with a browser without logging in?

Also, can a person ftp back and forth?

I don't believe that will work. I'm pretty sure that Treehouse is setup in a way like a sandbox, you can log in and play around in your workspaces, click preview and it'll generate a 'website' or a 'live' preview. But there is no hosting here and certainly no way to link a domain to your workspace. It's just a well built educational tool :)
