Can && and || be used in the same if condition?

when outlining you if conditions can one use && and || in the same appreities?

The operator && has a higher precedence than ||, so && will be evaluated first.

ex: ((year % 4 == 0) && (year % 100 != 0)) || (year % 400 == 0)
