Can anybody help please

I am currently working in a firm on a support role of database integration.

But i have a great interest in android and have been working on android from last year of college. Learning online from online platforms and youtube. Recently i thought to start career and switch my job to android domain. I have been giving interviews but i am unable to crack it. Thinking of leaving current job and starting learning android and java full time and applying.

Can anybody suggest please really need some guidance. These are some of my projects on android
