Can anyone explain to me further how to use while loop and provide examples?

I really can't figure out how to add while loop. (newbie here)

public boolean charging() { boolean isCharging = false; if (!isFullyCharged()) { mBarsCount++; isCharging = true; } return isCharging; }

Need help please (I'm pretty sure my code is wrong xD )

GoKart.java
public class GoKart {
  public static final int MAX_ENERGY_BARS = 8;
  private String mColor;
  private int mBarsCount;

  public GoKart(String color) {
    mColor = color;
    mBarsCount = 0;
  }

  public String getColor() {
    return mColor;
  }

  public boolean charging() {
    boolean isCharging = false;
    if (!isFullyCharged()) {
       mBarsCount++;
      isCharging = true;
    }
    return isCharging;
  }

  public void charge() {
    mBarsCount = MAX_ENERGY_BARS;
  }

  public boolean isBatteryEmpty() {
    return mBarsCount == 0;
  }

  public boolean isFullyCharged() {
    return mBarsCount == MAX_ENERGY_BARS;
  }

}

two hints

1) the correct signature of the method is public void charge(); 2) you have to charge (mBarsCount++) until the kart is not fully charged
