Can anyone reccomend wordpress plugin for media libary?

Wordpress - our pain in media libary Wordpress has a "media library" if you want to upload then you can select files. But you cant select destination, so soon your media library looks like garbage island.

When i am about to make a post - I feel like crying. All the photos are in one folder. So if i need image from bottom ones, i have to scroll down by 8 thumbnails. Until i reach bottom (after scrolling and loading 1000 image thumbnails) to select the file.

Now. I have to make 300 image posts per day. And i have only one folder while ADDING MEDIA to the post. I need sub folders.

Can anyone reccomend a plugin? (I searched 5 hours - no results) ..or should i go learning some other CMS?

You could try something like Media Categories or Media Library to assign images to separate categories. Theres a couple of free plugins available on Wordpress to do this. eg
