Can anyone tell me the steps in getting Twitter Bootstraps working in a rails app?

I have a twitter bootstrap and I am having issues getting the css, java-scripts and images to show up in the format as they should. Can anyone give me steps as to how to configure my rails app to run twitter bootstraps effectively? You input would be greatly appreciated.
