and if it is not possible only with html, any advise on what should I learn to achieve that?

15,622 PointsHTML is a markup language and doesn't give you any tools to create something interactive like comments. If you have a website and just need to add a comments form, you can use a 3rd party JavaScript widget like Disqus to create a dynamic comments form. If you're looking to learn what you need to do it yourself, I would take the beginner PHP courses after you're done building a basic website.
