Can I develope with Objective C in windows 8 or Linux Ubuntu 14.02?

Hello, I'm using windows 8 and Linux Ubuntu 14.02 and I want to ask if I have to develope with Objective C ONLY on man os or can I do that with windows 8 or Linux Ubuntu 14.02?

Hi, this is not possible for the moment. You have to virtualise OS X. Good luck.

if you are using windows you will need to install a virtual machine and install VM OSX you could check youtube for more info but for Ubuntu i don't really know i think you could use the terminal

Even on ubuntu, it's not possible. In fact you need Xcode, and it's available only on OS X.

The short answer is no as virtualizing OS X on non-Apple Hardware is not recommended as it can be complicated and brittle.
