Can I get a refund?

I just reactivated my account. I thought there were options for the IPad Pro only to find out that the app was removed and that I can not use workspaces. I even have the keyboard attached to it. I feel kind of mislead and sad that I can not learn on this platform. I just reactivated it today and have not been able to use anything. Is there any chance I could get a refund?
