Yes, you most certainly can. For SEO, focus more on the content of the site than the technology behind it.

Yeah I know content is important but I'm new to Django, python and angularjs. I need some guidance to do it. I also heard that google crawler don't get dynamic content produced by JS that may cause bad indexing. I'm developing my new website https://nptek.xyz
