Can I just use all Es6 Syntax / features in my future projects without having problems with compatibility? What if I don't use any transpiler? Do browsers support most Es6 features natively?

Most browsers support it at this time. Here's an extensive compatibility table, and you can always check individual features with Can I Use?.
