Can I skip introduction to programming and go straight to Javascript foundations?

Is there anything I would be missing from the javascript syntax covered there that isn't covered in Javascript foundations? I understand programming to an extent as I've worked in Python previously.

If you know how to use a loop to get every item from an array in python than you are probably good to go.
