Can I skype one of the tree house teachers?

I need help in a lot of various places in different programing languages. I was wondering if any one knows how I can contact them other than email.Like maybe Skype or something.

Probably not, as a rule. It'd sort of be like asking to Skype with a regional news broadcaster if you didn't understand the way they reported on a story. They have thousands of viewers and want to do their best, but with such a wide audience it's not practical to give each one 1-on-1 time.
