Can I start another track before I finish my current one?

Hi, I'm new here, I wanted to know if I can start another track (course) before completing the one I'm taking. I noticed the "switch" button on the tracks but would that mean I will lose my progress in my current track?

Also, I'm sorry if the question is asked before, I did a quick search and couldn't find it.

You totally can! Progress in your current track will be saved and you can go back to it whenever.
