Can I toggle between two tracks?

I had started one track and want to learn some topics from another track ,is it possible to toggle between the two tracks and keep the last visited video save

You won't lose your progress. You can switch tracks as often as you like. To find where you were, just go back to the other track and look for the last lesson you finished.
