709 PointsCan I turn off notifications of new courses?
Is it possible to turn off the notifications of new courses? I don't mean emails, I mean the ones that are listed when you click the bell icon in the top left. Every time I come to do some training I click it to clear the notification and 9 times out of 10 it's a new course - or several - being announced, rather than something relevant to what I'm learning (and of course when I've finished my chosen course I will pick another from a search result, not remembering the notifications at all anyway).
It would be great if I could select what type of notifications get pushed through. As it stands, it's just another blinking icon to deal with before I start learning. Thank you.

243,656 PointsIs it literally blinking? Or do you use the word "blinking" like someone might use "bloody" or "damned"?
Mine just sits there with a little number if there's something new. It's easily ignored.

4,731 PointsHi Jason,
Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Presently, the aforementioned notifications can't be managed, but I can make mention of it to our devs as a product request!

709 PointsIt's 'blinkin annoying busywork and just another inbox to faff around with that rarely contains anything useful' rather than 'it blinks at me'. If it literally blinked I'd find myself even less tolerant of it, so I'm thankful for that at least! Maybe I just need a herbal tea and a rest... but it would be nice to be able to choose what type of notification is pushed through.
