Can i use SublimeText 3 instead of Anaconda

I always use SublimeText 3 for most of my work so I'm asking if I can use it in this course.

Anaconda and Sublime Text are two different things. Anaconda helps you setting up local development environments with the related dependencies whereas Sublime Text is a text editor. Two things for different tasks.
