2 of us have just signed up for treehouse and want to share one for practice while we go along the courses

54,971 PointsThat functionality isn't built in to the workspace if you are talking about sharing the same workspace at the same time. You can take a snapshot which creates a copy of the workspace and share that but each of you would have your own independent copy. If you wanted to use the same workspace you could use an online screen sharing app like Join.Me or GoToMeeting.

Looks like Kris already covered your options. If you don't need simultaneous access, perhaps passing snapshot links will do. In that case, if you're not already familiar with the snapshot process, this video may be helpful.
