Can I use Treehouse Images from Workspaces for comercial projects?

For example If I wan´t to sell a theme with Treehouse photos. Thanks

Sorry about your disappointment, but that's what I was expecting. The good news is that there are a number of graphic sources on the web that do allow free re-use, and even more that provide rights for a fee.
