Can i watch lessons on a topic that's different from my track?

I'm currently doing the Web Design Track, but i want to have a nose at the business/career lessons and start them.

My issue is can i 'do' other courses without it effecting my track? because for some reason i'm thinking if i participate in a course thats not relevent to my track i'll lose progress on my track, i dont know why? and i dont want to risk it, so im double checking before i do anything clumsy, i'm probably just being a tit, just tell me if i am hahaha!

You can watch any course you want, it wont affect your track progress!
