Can not find class

I'm looping through each fieldset on my page to find out if any of its children contain the class '.is-invalid'.

If it is invalid I will disable the appropriate "a" tag (this bit works)

$('#create-advert-form fieldset').each(function (index) {
    index += 1;
    console.log(this);

    if ($(this).hasClass('is-invalid')) {
        console.log('Invalid');
        $('#create-advert-menu a:nth-of-type(' + index + ')').bind('click', false);
    } else {
        console.log('Valid');
    }
});

Where is the create-advert-menu HTML? Can you include all of it?

Yes Mike, I have updated it. Thanks again!
