Can not get jquery to work?

Hello,

I am working on a project but can not seem to get jquery to work / link correctly in my project. If someone could spot what I am doing wrong it would be appreciated.

You linked your toggle.js wrong.

<link rel="stylesheet" href="../jquery/toggle.js">

Correct way to do it.
