Can not open Data.txt

When I try to open attached Data.txt file it directs me to a site with the error "internal error - server connection terminated Description: internal error - server connection terminated"

Data.txt or Data.php ?

Apparently when you close the tab which was giving error and reopen it using ctrl+shift+t would make it work!
