Hi Jenelle,

It is hard to know what you mean specifically without seeing your code. If you are asking if you have two different elements in two different parent elements can they both use relative and absolute positioning, the answer is yes. Likewise you can position multiple elements as absolute within one relative parent. Hope this helps!
