16,187 PointsCan somebody help me? It's supposed to print kind: " " + number but I'm confused, any help would be appreciated!
Create a to_s method on the PhoneNumber class that displays the kind variable, followed by a colon (:), followed by a space, and then the number variable. Does anybody know what to do here? I've been watching the video several times but still don't understand what to do? Thank you so much for your help! :)
class PhoneNumber
attr_reader :kind, :number
def initialize(kind, number)
@kind = kind
@number = number
end
def to_s(format = kind, number)
puts "#{kind} + ":" + #{number}"
end
end

36,139 PointsHi Alejandra!
This passes:
class PhoneNumber
attr_reader :kind, :number
def initialize(kind, number)
@kind = kind
@number = number
end
def to_s
"#{@kind}: #{@number}"
end
end
I hope that helps.
Stay safe and happy coding!
