Front End Web Development Techdegree Student 9,937 PointsCan someone explain why my background color is changing?
When I place the closing nav under the last ul instead of under the p class='intro' element the blue background is only in the nav and not behind the image and as background behind the p element.
Can someone explains why that is happening?

You cannot place the closing nav after the ul. The closing nav has to be after the closing div (with class="border clearfix"). As this div is a child of the nav. It's this error that will cause the blue background color to only be in the nav.
<nav>
<div class="border clearfix">
<ul>
<li></li>
<li></li>
<li></li>
</ul>
</div>
</nav>
I hope this helps.
