56,413 PointsThere should be an open icon next to the new icon. Click it and navigate to your project folder and click Select Folder.

4,180 PointsIf you hit open, you'll need to navigate to where the project files are located. Unity doesn't have a singular project file, rather all of the files are needed. If you navigate to the folder that has your project (default location on windows is the documents folder) select that folder and use the "Select Folder" button. That should open the project for you.
