You have to put the second ordered list inside the Shapes li element.

If ur remove the <ol> and </ol> from de second set:

<ol>
  <li>Stop</li>
  <li>Drop</li>
  <li>Roll</li>
</ol>

<ul>
  <li>Shapes</li>
  <li>Colors</li>
</ul>

Heres the answer:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <title>HTML Lists Challenge</title>
  </head>
  <body>

    <h1>HTML Lists Challenge</h1>

    <!-- Write your code below -->
    <ol>
      <li>Stop</li>
      <li>Drop</li>
      <li>Roll</li>
    </ol>

    <ul>

<ul>
    <li>Shapes
      <ol>
      <li>Square</li>
        <li>Circle</li>
      </ol>
  </li>
    <li>Colors</li>
    </ul>

  </body>
</html>

<ul>

Remember to read the direction carefully. Nest INSIDE of the shapes item. Not in it.
