JavaScript Introducing ES2015 The Cooler Parts of ES2015 Arrow Functions

Can someone please explain the Person constructor? Including the Object.keys(this). This is really confusing.

I am feel I have a decent grasp on the for in loop but I don't understand the this.getKeys specifically what is being returned by the Object.keys(this).

Other than shortening the syntax I didn't really understand what the point of the arrow function was?

I usually find Guil easy to understand but he completely lost me here!

Thanks for any help.
