Can someone please help me solve a problem in JavaScript?

I clicked on the Get Help button, but the window wouldn't appear. My code looks like this: var userName = id.toUpperCase() + '#' + lastName.toUpperCase(); The objective is to write the entire code in uppercase. I don't know the name of the activity.

Check the JavaScript console on the page where your script is running. Does it give you any errors?
