Can someone tell me where I am going wrong?

I learnt how to code on treehouse and I am now trying to make my own IOS app. The app I am wanting to make is similar to Parses AnyPic project. I am following the steps I am suppose errors keep coming up, can someone help me fix these errors? Thanks so much!

This is the code where the errors are occurring:

There is 7 Semantic Issues and 1 ARC semantic issue. Do you know how I could fix this?
