Can the back-arrow on my MacBook Pro be programmed?

When I use the back-arrow on a Treehouse video it brings me back by 22 seconds. When I use the back-arrow on a YouTube video it brings me back 5 seconds. I'd like to set it so that I can go from the current 22 seconds to 5 seconds on the Treehouse video. Can this be done?

My guess is that, the value isn't configurable on either site, email Treehouse support (help@teamtreehouse.com) for a more definitive answer.
