General Discussion

Can this be tweaked by Treehouse?

I'm a routine Treehouse user and I've noticed something that gets my attention every time. I routinely clear my cache etc because I stack up a lot of pages building/studying/;experimenting etc. When I do and I log into Treehouse I get taken to the free trial offer screen with no option to sign in off the bat. It's a small thing but when you log in several times daily or whatever you definitely notice it. Just wondering if there's something I can do to avoid it or if it's a Treehouse thing.

What browser are you using? I'm using FireFox on Macs and don't have to re-login. Do you check the 'remember me' option when you log in?

I bookmarked https://teamtreehouse.com/signin so it's on my top bar. Anytime I need to log back in just click the bookmark,

Also one option is when you clear your cache untick your passwords and usernames. It will save your info while clearing cache and history.

In the 4 years I've been on TH I've never had this issue, the only thing I can recommend is removing signup from your bookmark which shouldn't be an issue anyway.

I think he was clearing all of his cache and clearing his username and password cache. So it didn't remember his login info when he went to sign back in

Thanks folks. I'm on Chrome and didn't use the bookmarks bar (or wasn't using it properly) but looking at it again that's the solution. Cheers.
