Can this be updated to accept let's / const's, it only validated with a 'var'

passing only works with 'var'...

Hi Michael!

I just tried this:

const request = new XMLHttpRequest();

And it passed just fine.

I don't why let fails. I think it a Treehouse challenge test quirk.
