Can Treehouse help someone with job placement?

If someone decides to pursue a Tech Degree in a programming language such as Java Script or Python, can Treehouse help that person land a job?

You'll end up with a Treehouse certification, and a portfolio of twelve projects. These are both good things to be able to show an employer. However, I do not believe Treehouse offers any traditional job placement opportunities at this time.
