Can you build a website only using python?

I mean can you only build a website using just python, and no html and css or javascript just only python?

and can you make it interactive and dynamic.

You could build a web server using Python, but what would it deliver to people who connect to it?

The HTML, CSS, and JavaScript bits of a website are what browsers use to display things to the visitor, and generally what servers deliver when someone connects.

thanks

I'd appreciate some feedback from the downvoter about how I could improve this answer. And perhaps you'd like to leave a better one?
