Can you help me that how I can solve this code challenge?

Task 2 :Under the function definition, call your new function and pass it the argument 3. Since your square function returns a value, create a new variable named result to store the value from the function call.

#my code
def square(number):
     square = number * number
     result = square
     return result

#Error message
   Make sure you call the square function and pass it 3.

How can I pass it 3?

You can pass a 3 to the function using:

square(3)
