Can you learn python for server-side language in treehouse?

Hello, I am thinking of using python for server-side instead of php. Because, it would give me additional experience on python. So, I heard that python could be used for server-side language and does teamtreehouse teach how to use python for server-side on web? If not, can anyone please send me some link to learn about python for server-side.

Look at the Flask or Django tracks. I believe that should get you in the direction you want to go. There are also a few SQL tracks on here that can further your server-side skills. I am doing those now ^-^
