Cancel my account

Hi!

I want to "cancel my enrollment" but the system drop back an alert message:

"Bummer! Sorry, but you can't pause during a trial."

Ok! But I don't want to pay automatically after the trial version, because after that I will have to pray for my money back. Can you cancel my enrollment please?
