Cancel Treehouse Service

How do I cancel the treehouse service? They are talking about they are out of the office until Dec 30th, but that isn't going to work for me as my account will be charged again by then and I don't want that to happen.

Someone please help

It's under your Account settings in the right sidebar area under Cancel Membership. (Click the person profile icon in the upper right >> account settings) Hope that helps.

At the bottom of the enrollment page, the last line will have an option to cancel your plan/account. Warning: it is small https://teamtreehouse.com/account/enrollment

Thank you so much, Melchol. They even charged me before full of 7 days trial complete.

Thank you. This was the most helpful answer.

Haha i think its good UX design, why would you want the big red Button for everyone to see, you hide it so that customers might reconsider on their journey to finding it.

How dare you hide such a important button you thieves

This is a disgusting practice. I'm so unimpressed with hiding a cancellation button like this. I won't be referring my students to this site in the future. I recommend revisiting this sort of sneaky practice. We notice. These are practices that dishonest companies use. I recommend revisiting your mission as a company if this is they sort of nonsense tactics you need to use.

It took me a long time to find. I have been a member on and off and always forget. Pretty sneaky.

Surprised that people found the cancel membership button so difficult to find, it was very easy and clear to find it when I needed it...
