Canceling accounts & billing

I've missed my date as to where I had to either pause my account or cancel it. Little to say, I got charged of course. But since I don't need the services anymore, I kind of wanted to cancel that.

I was billed 3 days ago, if I cancel it now, how likely am I to get my money back?

I have contacted the support. But there's been no response so far.
